Owner/florist – Helena Brown
Love love love my job - I am 62 and working harder than ever creating gorgeous weddings. Mum to two adult children and 5 boy cats. A Yorkshire lass who loves a cup of good strong tea, and a good giggle, beautiful flowers, crafting and reading. A qualified teacher, so looking forward to providing floristry classes very soon! Shall not be retiring any time soon.
Head Florist – Tracy Middleton
I am married with one grown-up son, and I live in Daventry. I am the Head Florist and have worked for by arrangement the longest. I am hoping to move closer to work soon. I am also a cat lover and have two girls! I hate chocolate flavours mixed with orange, which means there are more Jaffa cakes for Helena and the rest of the team.
Trainee Florist
Hi I am Victoria. I am an Horticulturalist and love to grow flowers for cutting especially Cosmos and Dahlias. I am also a keen flower arranger, NAFAS speaker and newly qualified demonstrator. I love flower arranging and the opportunity to train with Helena was too good to miss!!!
Florist – Bethany Price
I am an English graduate and decided that I wanted to change course away from my original career choice. So I am currently studying at Moulton College in Floristry. I am doing work experience with Helena and the team, as well as the therapy cats! Loving every minute and enjoying getting stuck into all the jobs that arise - and they aren't always flower related.
Florist and Studio Manager - Chloe
Chloe joined us as an apprentice but is now classed as a fully fledged employee and is coming up very fast. She loves creating too and is becoming a brilliant florist. Spiders and bugs in the compound however are her least favourite aspect of the job and often we rescue her from a minute killer buglet! She is very particular about cleaning hardware and takes pride is making sure everything is perfect for your wedding or event.

Toby Is Chief Therapist – Oscar, Finn, Bobby, Toby, Pop
We love spending time in the studio, and we all love a cuddle and treats... we are very spoilt. We occasionally try to nibble some of the flowers in the buckets, but we are only trying to extend our remit as quality control assistants when bacon sandwiches appear in the mornings, though we much prefer these.

After a fulfilling career as a registered veterinary nurse, I am turning my passion for horticulture and floristry into my next professional chapter. My journey began with transforming a poor neglected garden into a beautiful sanctuary from just an idea. Ive built my own allotment where I cultivate homegrown vegetables, tend to a beautiful fruit orchard and nurture a developing micro flower farm dedicated to growing fresh cut flowers.
