Meet The Team

Love love love my job - I am 60 and working harder than ever creating gorgeous weddings.  Mum to two adult children and 5 boy cats. A Yorkshire lass who loves a cup of good strong tea, and a good giggle, beautiful flowers, crafting and reading.  A qualified teacher so looking forward to providing floristry classes very soon!  Shall not be retiring any time soon!

I am married with one grown up son and I live in Daventry. I am Head florist and have worked for by arrangement the longest. I am hoping to move closer to work soon. I am also a cat lover and have two girls! I hate chocolate flavours mixed with orange, which means there are more Jaffa cakes for Helena and the rest of the team!!!!

I am married with a son and daughter and I live in Corby. By Arrangement created my wedding flowers and one wedding fair accompanying my sister-in-law,  I expressed to Helena that I missed coming to these events now that I was married! Before you know it I had started working for Helena!  I am in charge of hardware and I try to control what Helena buys as storage facilities are full!!!

I am married with one son and currently spend my time between a local garden centre and By Arrangement - a lovely combo! I live in Corby and love plants and flowers.  I am the key wedding set up team member and trainee florist. Loving my new roles after being a primary teacher for 17 years. 

I am recently married and YES By Arrangement did the flowers! I have a baby girl and juggle my time between her, working for By Arrangement and another part time job. I am going to have a growing role as an Education Coordinator and will help develop and publish both online and classroom teaching.

I am married with two grown up boys and a step son. I am also one of Helena's brides and now work for her as Administrator.  I try and keep her paperwork under control now that she is so much busier.  I am also very creative and I am developing a craft room in my cottage.  Helena is extremely happy to have found a soul sister - we both love pretty, pink and sparkly!! 

I am a Geologist by profession and love all things outdoors. I am passionate about keeping active and also enjoy photography and crafts. I have always had a passion for flowers but never thought I would ever get paid for doing something I love. I joined the team in March 2024 and I will never look back.  This is my happy place!

I am the apprentice at By Arrangement. I am flexible in my roles and join in with all the jobs carried required by By Arrangement.  I am learning lots and making great strides in my floristry training. I am fun to be around and By Arrangement are very proud of what I'm achieving.  

Meet the therapy cats. We love spending time in the studio and we all love a cuddle and treats... we are very spoilt.  We occasionally try to nibble some of the flowers in the buckets but we are only trying to extend our remit as quality control assistants.  When bacon sandwiches appear in the mornings though we much prefer these.
